We recently tested the Kuroit Netherlands Amsterdam VPS server to evaluate its performance and capabilities. In our Basic Bench test, we recorded impressive I/O speeds, averaging 412.7 MB/s over three runs. Network performance was also high, with upload speeds reaching up to 1007.51 Mbps in Paris and download speeds averaging over 800 Mbps in multiple locations, despite higher latency in regions like Tokyo and Singapore. The server’s input/output operations per second (IOPS) performance was equally strong across various file sizes, with especially high speeds noted in the Yabs disk speed test.

In CPU performance, the server showed excellent processing power on UnixBench, yielding a high index score of 1631.5 when running two parallel copies of tests, indicating that it can handle multiple tasks effectively. Moreover, the Media Unlock Test revealed accessibility to various multimedia services, but with some regional restrictions on services like Netflix, Disney+, and Spotify.
